Born and raised in North Georgia, Callie Darnell joined National Land Realty in May 2026 with a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors and a passion for helping clients buy and sell land in Georgia. Based in Pickens County, Callie primarily works throughout Jasper, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge, helping buyers searching for North Georgia recreational property, farmland, mountain acreage, and investment opportunities.

Before becoming a land professional, Callie gained valuable customer service and business experience through several roles across North Georgia. She worked for the United States Postal Service delivering mail and certified packages with precision and care, spent over three years with Blue Ridge Distillery hosting tastings and connecting with visitors to the area, and also worked in bakery operations creating custom cakes and baked goods. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, giving her a strong financial background that helps clients evaluate property investments and make confident real estate decisions.

Callie’s deep connection to the region gives her unique insight as a land agent in Georgia. Having lived and worked in the North Georgia mountains her entire life, she understands the local land market, rural communities, and the hidden potential within a property. She enjoys helping clients envision everything from future homesites and hobby farms to hunting retreats and commercial opportunities. Her experience exploring large tracts of land and her passion for nature allow her to help buyers fully understand what a property has to offer.

An advocate for local agriculture and small businesses, Callie regularly supports area farmers markets as both a vendor and shopper. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking sourdough bread, hiking North Georgia trails, and caring for her 11 chickens. She also loves spending time outdoors with her boyfriend, Noah Neighbours, and their two dogs, Bella and Dawson, exploring new trails and scenic areas throughout the mountains of North Georgia.
