Hi - I am Martha McGuire-Boyle.  I grew up in the real estate/auction business and came back to IA in 1992 to raise my family.   I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1988 and am a proud Irish fan.  I am mother to 5 lovely adult women and grandma to 3 girls and 2 boys.  I am 4th generation in the family business - MACI - McGuire Auction Co., Inc. and for approximately 25 years worked with my father in the real estate business but in 2018 my husband Marty left his banking job and joined me and now we work side by side.   Marty concentrates on the agricultural side of our business and I on the residential, commercial, and personal property (furniture) side of our company.  I still close the majority of our transactions and therefor when you hire us to sell your property I do not need a closing/escrow company.  With 30 years of experience - I have seen nearly everything and feel that I can bring your property from listed to sold!  In my free time I enjoy riding my E-bike and am happy to give you the rundown on some of the best trails in the area.  Give us a call at 712-368-2635
