About Tim Gangl

Tim Gangl, REALTOR® joined the team at 1 Stop Realty in 2020 as a Farmland Agent. He has been involved in sales, marketing, and management through most of his life. Tim is a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) and is well on his way to earning his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through RLI.  His continuous education and training are an important aspect in helping enhance his awareness of current trends and best practices. It also makes it easier to remain current in all education, build professional relationships, and stay up to date on issues involving land sales.

Tim learned early on that a career in sales is not as much about selling as it is about service. He recognizes and values the trust you place in him and will strive to exceed your expectations. Tim works hard to build and maintain relationships by being on time, consulting with you, being honest, negotiating for you, and handling the details. He takes care of his clients, whether you have a question or a concern, you can count on Tim to take your call at anytime, day or night. Tim and his wife and their two boys live in the country, just north of Mantorville. Selling land and rural properties is where he is most comfortable. Tim relates best to country and small town people. He enjoys real estate, particularly farmland sales. He loves a simple life but is strong enough to handle the difficulties it throws at him.
