David Faulkner joined National Land Realty in July 2021. He previously worked in the heavy equipment business for 20 years before deciding to return to school. David received his BSN in nursing from Mississippi College and worked in cardiovascular surgery at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS, serving as CV Coordinator. He then took a job as Team Leader in Pediatric Congenital Heart Surgery at Batson Children’s Hospital and later retired in November 2015. 

David has a strong desire to help families find their piece of Heaven on Earth. “There’s nothing like having your own ‘dirt’ to enjoy and shape as you wish!” He has been married to Stephanie Faulkner for over 45 years. They have lived in Madison, MS over 40 years and have three sons and several grandchildren. Outside of selling land, David enjoys hunting, fishing, Mississippi State sports, and watching his grandkids play sports.
