Josh Maness joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in May 2024, bringing 3 years of land real estate experience and a wealth of farmland and timber sales knowledge. Before coming to National Land Realty, Josh received his bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and graduated from Delta State University in 2024 with a master’s degree in Commercial Aviation. He is an active member of both the National Wild Turkey Federation as well as Ducks Unlimited and is an avid waterfowl hunter. In his free time, Josh enjoys being outdoors and traveling on hunting trips around North Carolina and the rest of the country. He and his wife, Maci, are based out of Raleigh, NC, where they live with their golden retriever, Stella.
