Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $10 billion in property transactions, including land, commercial, new construction, residential, and multi-family. He is committed to providing competent, professional, and results-oriented services for clients. His specialty is finding and acquiring off-market commercial land opportunities throughout North Carolina. Dac is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and he and his wife, Shannon, have two school-age sons.
