Chase Blalock joined America's Land Partners in 2026 and brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate and land sales. He is a 100% full-time land broker dedicated to marketing and selling land. Throughout his career, Chase has built strong partnerships and a loyal client base within the land brokerage industry. He is fully committed to helping clients sell their land or find the perfect property to purchase. Over the years, Chase has developed a team of land agents serving several counties across North Carolina, based in the Mountain View, NC, office. He regularly works with conservation easements, access easement issues, title issues, and rights-of-way. Chase has experience selling a wide variety of properties, including timberland, ranches, farms, estates, recreational properties, mountain-view properties, trout streams, swamps, and duck impoundments. Before joining the ALP team, Chase spent several years working in outdoor television production on the Outdoor Channel. Through this experience, he developed a strong appreciation for how "blank canvases" of land can be transformed into pristine properties across the country. His background in television production gives him a unique ability to market properties using rapidly evolving technology and media strategies. Chase graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Communications and a minor in Journalism. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Chase also enjoys life on his family's Wagyu ranch, Mountain View Wagyu. He is a member of the Catawba Valley Cattlemen's Association and a lifetime member of Safari Club International. Chase, his wife, and their three boys currently live in Mountain View, North Carolina.
