Nate joined National Land Realty in 2022. Through his family’s business, he established relationships within the farm community and became deeply involved in agriculture. Nate graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with two degrees: Agricultural Business and Agricultural Studies/Agronomy. After college, for 6 years Nate developed new agricultural-sales networks in untapped markets across Iowa for a large, family-owned seed company, where he and his team built businesses that work with farmers to incorporate profitable and sustainable farming practices and products. Nate is now an agent with National Land Realty, specializing in agricultural and recreational land transactions. He also farms with his family and owns Landmark Ag Services in West Central Iowa – supplying crop inputs, Channel seed products, and farm consultations to Iowa landowners. 

Nate’s network, experiences, involvement with agriculture, education, and passion for land provide tremendous, unique value to his clients looking to sell or invest in farmland. He’s also an avid outdoorsman who’s hunted and fished many areas of Iowa and surrounding states.

The family enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends during the summer. He and his wife can be found in a tree stand bow hunting during fall months when they aren’t harvesting crops. Their passions for agriculture and the outdoors intersect with their love for land. Nate currently resides in Harlan, Iowa with his wife, Lauren, and chocolate lab, Sage.
