I was born and raised in Brewster (Putnam County) and moved to Southern Dutchess County around 1995. I have been Self Employed all my life in various businesses in the local area and as such have always paid close attention to marketing. This experience has helped me in my Real Estate career and shows in my ability to "Think Outside the Box" along with my unique marketing systems. I have been a Realtor since 2003 an I am currently working for the #4 company in Dutchess County and I am a Top Producing Agent ranked in the top 3% of all Dutchess County Realtors. I consistently close many millions of dollars of Real Estate Sales per year.



Awards: I am an Associate Broker with Keller Williams... An Associate Broker is a licensing enhancement held by only 10% of Real Estate Salespeople. I have received the Realty Executives 100% Club Award Multiple Times. I also take Continuing Education courses every month for your benefit as well as my own. I have completed taking a series of courses for the Graduate of Realtor Institute Designation. I have already completed and I am an Accredited Buyers Representative & Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I have also taken courses in 1031 Exchange, Appraisal, Inspection, Environmental, Negotiation Techniques, and many others including intensive Boot Camp and Starmakers training courses. Most important for today's Real Estate environment I am a Certified Default Resolution Specialist, helping people sell their homes that owe more than their home is worth.
