Biography for Gloria D. Sandiford, B.S., M.A., LREB

Professional Experience:
Gloria Sandiford is Corporate Broker and Vice President at Flateau Realty Corp.  Sandiford began her real estate career in 1998 as a sales agent with Weichert Realtors Corp., New Jersey, where she specialized in the sale of historic properties. Her energetic, creative and personable style allowed her to quickly achieve multi-million-dollar sales club status, and receive numerous “Sales Agent of the Year” awards. 

In 2011, Sandiford joined Flateau Realty Corp., in her hometown of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, NY. Since that time, she has become a mover and shaker, highly respected, and much sought-after real estate expert providing a multiude of real estate sales services.  Sandiford has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goal of either buying or selling residential, investtment and/or commercial property. She is well versed at working with those interested in downsizing, relocating, and working with families/heirs to sell the family estate.  Additionally, Sandiford is an advocate for seniors and is very knowledgable in alternative housing options that exist for aging seniors. She is often invited to speak on a variety of real estate related topics including those pretaining to Seniors, Estates, Deed Theft, and Theft of Equity, which are serious illegal practices that target vulnerable property owners by stealing properties, and errode generational wealth from communities of color.
