Maria is also an experienced real estate marketing and event specialist, producing special events for private clients and brokers, educational materials, workshops, and high-quality listing photography and video. Since 2016, she has been organizing educational workshops on the rental market for homeowners and renters, as well as local shopping and entertainment guides for Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
