He is familiar with many neighborhoods and the transformation that has taken place within these individual neighborhoods. Richard's interest in real estate began at an early age as his father was a Brooklyn native and architect. Richard entered the real estate field in 2008. He focused primarily in Brooklyn and has built many relationships with neighbors, landlords, and other brokers. Richard has called Brooklyn his home since 2002, but has always thought of himself as a Brooklynite as his grandparents and parents both grew up here. He lives here with his wife and daughter and enjoys all the borough has to offer.
