Conrad W. Higgins has been very passionate about real estate since his earliest years growing up in East New York Brooklyn, New York City. Conrad always knew that he wanted to charter a path in real estate while helping others. Later in life he found his true calling in Real Estate serving his clients and customers guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.  He later established Higgins Realty Group, which is the largest real estate firm in East New York Brooklyn, serving New York City and Long Island.
Over the past two decades, Conrad has been involved in or apart of over $1/2 billion in real estate sales transaction in New York State through residential, commercial and leasing. Conrad feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who has become his friends and a strong part of his ever growing network system he has built.
Passionate about real estate investment, Conrad is an active investor/ mentor throughout the country in the United States emerging real estate markets and shares this knowledge and experience to assist and educate aspiring investors with their goals. He loves to mentor those who want to be involved in real estate to whatever degree their heart desires.  Mentorship is BIG with Conrad, seeing that he wasn’t mentor in this business like most people now a days, he tries his best to pass on his knowledge so that people don’t make the same mistakes he did while learning the business.
A long-term resident of the Brooklyn NY, Conrad enjoys spending his weekends with his family and church family. Conrad loves the outdoors, beaches and adventures, but especially scouting investment properties and doing seminars about real estates.
