William R. Lizarraga is a member in good standing of the New York Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the U.S. Southern District Court of NY, the U.S. Eastern District Court of NY, the National Consumer Law Center, the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Real Estate Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Pro Bono Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Brooklyn Volunteer Lawyers Project, the Camp Rising Sun Alumni, and other organizations. William R. Lizarraga holds a Master Degree in Tax Law from University of Florida, and another Master Degree in International and Comparative Law from University of Iowa. In Addition of being an attorney in New York William R. Lizarraga is a Notary Public and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. William R. Lizarraga has worked as a legal consultant for many law firms in the United States, representing homeowners, homeowner's associations, and financial institutions (banks and lenders). William R. Lizarraga knows both sides of the fence and has a thorough understanding of the foreclosure process and the real estate world. Additionally William R. Lizarraga has published five books about International Tax Law, Contracts, Constitutional Law, and Philosophy of Law, among other articles in law journals.
