MARGARET BRYNGELSEN started life in the Midwest. Her parents were from Iowa, she was born in Illinois, and resided in both Missouri and Michigan before moving to Ulster County, New York in 1983. Margaret originally developed a career in business, management and customer service. Real Estate marketing was a natural progression for her career. Margaret's knowledge of the community and surrounding areas has resulted in her becoming a recognized consultant for both buyers and sellers. Margaret became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in 2002. This progressed into attaining an Associate Brokers License in 2003, the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2009 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2013. Margaret is a member of the following real estate organizations: Ulster County Boards of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, NY State MLS and the National Association of Realtors. Striving to acquire knowledge, Margaret has always exceeded New York State's minimum required education standards. With the desire to be the most educated realtor possible, taking a multitude of courses has proven to be key to her success. Being named the 2008 "Realtor Associate of the Year" by the Ulster County Board of Realtors is only one acknowledgment of her efforts to be one of the very best Realtors in the region. Margaret is also an active member and members of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Kingston. Additionally, she participates in many fund-raising efforts. In 2012, she volunteered for a two week medical mission to Cumuna, Venezuela with the Rotoplast organization. She was named Kingston's Rotary Club "Rotarian of the Year" in 2010.
