Jay relocated to Hell’s Kitchen in 2001 from Charlotte, NC and he hasn’t looked back, as NYC is definitely one of the greatest, if not the greatest, city on earth. Almost 10 years ago, after watching Hell’s Kitchen exciting transformation, he decided to move ‘across the river’ to Long Island City where he has been able to witness and be a part of its exciting transition from being a sleepy, slightly rural community hidden by Manhattan’s shadows to being one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Jay grew up in Southwest Virginia and attended Virginia Tech where he earned his B.S. in Business majoring in Management Science Decision Support Systems. Previously, Jay worked as an I.T. Consultant specializing in Customer Relationship and Enterprise Human Resource and Financial Applications. Now, he still finds himself gathering requirements and looking for solutions that address those needs except for the solution is helping folks meet their real estate goals whether they be rentals or sales, buying or selling.
