Prior to practicing Real Estate as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, I was a controller in the Investment Banking Industry and provided accounting services consulting with small business establishments. I also have an excess of 25 years’ experience in the wholesale mortgage industry which keeps me current on financing options for today’s buyers.

I continue my pursuit of education through designations offered in the real estate industry elevating my level of professionalism. The first several years of my real estate career I was an exclusive buyer’s agent.  This experience has been invaluable dealing with the volatility of the markets over the last 19 years. I am adept in transactions dealing with co-ops/condos, estate sales, as well as small commercial financing/sales .
