I have been a licensed Realtor in the beautiful Hudson Valley, New York since 2000.  I began my real estate career with Century 21, and in 2006, I joined Curasi Realty, Inc.  I received my Broker’s license in 2008 and am currently an Associate Broker. Excellence in service is what I strive for when working with buyers and sellers.  Each real estate transaction is unique, and respect for my clients is of the utmost importance.  Our motto at Curasi Realty is Strength, Integrity, Results. I know that a real estate transaction is one of the largest purchases for most of us, and that is why my clients’ needs will always be my number one priority. 

My main objective is to deliver quality of service, knowledge of my market and superior professionalism to my sellers and buyers.  My real estate business stems from a large circle of influence such as referrals from past clients, friends, family, office leads, relocations, networking, and a huge amount of repeat business.  I am grateful and fortunate to say that I have very loyal clients who recognize and appreciate my past performance, work ethic, and extensive knowledge of real estate in the residential, commercial, leasing and land areas of real estate.

I have been amongst the Top 10 in my firm on a consistent basis and have received multiple awards throughout the years.  My achievements include Circle of Honor, Top 10 Club, Hudson Valley Brokers Council President’s Club Award, as well as the Sapphire and Emerald Awards of Excellence. 

My national designations and certifications include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), LeadingRE Sales Specialist/Relocation (LSS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Military On The Move (MOM), Consumer Credit Expert (CCE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC). I am a member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), MYStateMLS and Hudson Gateway Commercial and Investment Division (HGCID).   I attend many off-site and in person training classes covering all aspects of real estate which include the latest marketing and technology as well as required continuing education courses. I am currently serving as a Trustee on the Board of The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, Hudson Valley Chapter 2024.

I enjoy being a “team player” as a member of the Mentorship Program at Curasi Realty.  I mentor new agents and take them under my wing.  There is a great sense of pride in mentoring new agents and watching them blossom and succeed into great real estate professionals.  I am also a trainer at Curasi Realty, teaching monthly training classes to new agents and seasoned agents who wish to review and sharpen their skills. The ability to share my many years of real estate experience has allowed me to grow and understand my role as a real estate professional. In 2022, I was instrumental in creating a commercial division within our company and encouraged 15 other agents to get certified and join me. I currently lead the division and continue to encourage agents to join.  We have regular monthly meetings and also have a podcast.

I am directly involved through Curasi Realty in a few charitable organizations; The Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity. I appeared in an episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters” with my buyers (season 165, episode 7), air date June 10, 2019, titled,  “Seeking Space in Walden”.

Born in Italy, I came to NYC with my parents when I was two years old.  I speak fluently in three languages: English, Italian and Spanish.  I studied at LaGuardia Community College and Hunter College. I worked in corporate in NYC for many years prior to obtaining my real estate license and my Associate Broker’s licenses.   My family and I reside in the Hudson Valley in beautiful Orange County, NY since 1995.
