Dr. Will Brown, PhD

Dr. Will Brown, Jr. is the principal owner at Brown Companies and Associates, Inc.  His professional practice includes real estate broker and business management consultant.  He is a veteran sergeant of the United States Air Force (Vietnam Conflict) where he immediately demonstrated leadership skills that ascended him quickly to flight leader and squadron leader positions.  Dr. Brown’s business expertise expands across areas of corporate marketing and major public sector project management.
In his 2014 unpublished research paper titled Theoretical Approaches in Management: The Real Estate Industry, he argues that “the problem dragging effective decision-making within the real estate industry is less about ethical decision-making and more about leadership styles that impact management decision-making.” Dr. Brown has previously worked in the Real Property & Development Division of the New York State Office of General Services.  He holds an MBA in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate.
