Jonathan is a native New Yorker and the son of a retired New York City Police Detective. Outside of real estate he is an avid cyclist, foodie, and French bulldog owner. He has a passion for the sciences, having held an adjunct position as the head of a statistics course at the City College of New York. Jonathan also holds a research publication under the Society for Research of Nicotine and Tobacco (SRNT).
