Nargis Rahmatova was born in Tajikistan and lived in Switzerland, Pakistan, Kazakhstan before settling in Dobbs Ferry, New York nine years ago. In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson, Nargis has degrees in linguistics and accounting and has worked in management and administration in the telecommunications, health and financial industries.
