Born on a kibbutz in Israel and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Yardena has lived in New York for 14 years. She resides in Tribeca with her husband and two little girls, who attend Leman Manhattan Preparatory School. Yardena serves on the condo board of her building and is very active in the Tribeca community. When not out exploring local restaurants or biking along the Hudson River, she can often be found traversing the vineyards, beaches and countryside of the South Fork and farmlands of Bridgehampton.
