A south Florida native who moved to Manhattan in 2016, Brian has been working in the construction management industry for over 8 years. With this experience, and his degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Brian has developed a strong attention to detail and a level of adaptability that will prove especially useful in guiding his clients through the fast-paced Manhattan and Queens markets. Brian will work with clients who are looking to sell, buy, or rent in these markets, and plans on leveraging the connections he's made throughout the city to assist in each transaction. In addition to providing his clients with real estate services, he is very familiar with the contracts and procedures required for building or renovating, and can advise on future home improvements that clients may not foresee. During the snowy season, Brian enjoys snowboarding in Vermont, and heading down to the Jersey Shore during the summertime.
