Tanisha "TJ" Steele, is a native New Yorker, who was born and raised in the city that never sleeps. She grew up on the west side of Harlem, where she has spent most of her life. TJ has lived in Harlem, Midtown, the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. She earned her Junior High School Diploma at Adolph S. Ochs Academy located in Midtown, earned her High School Diploma at Bayard Rustin High School for the Humanities, and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services at Touro College NYCAS. Combining her education with her work history, TJ is a ?jack of all trades?, who has acquired valuable skills and a unique input on the culture and livelihood of veterans and rookie New Yorker?s.

TJ has also obtained experience and knowledge that is conducive to her career in Real Estate during her previous employment positions, working for the City of New York as a Housing Inspector at Housing Preservation and Development, and a Construction Project Manager at New York City Housing Authority, which are prominent entities regarding residential real estate in New York City.
