Adam is a savvy millennial New Yorker in every sense. His knowledge and respect for New York City is unparalleled. Adam is humble, efficient, and leads with integrity. Adam is a graduate of The Boston Conservatory with studies in Music Direction & Vocal Coaching. He has been a pianist for Broadway auditions, masterclasses, and is a sought after private voice coach. Prior to working in real estate, Adam was the assistant to Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award winning producer, Scott Rudin. Since age 15, Adam has been a Group Fitness Instructor. To this day, you can catch him teaching at EQUINOX in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In 2015 and 2016, Adam was listed by Boston Magazine as Best Of Boston. In 2018 Adam was awarded the Group Fitness Excellence award for Equinox Fitness Clubs. As a result of his success in Real Estate, Theater and Fitness, Adam has an extensive network and stays constantly in-the-know. Recently, he has become the proud owner (shareholder) of a sought after pre-war Manhattan CoOp. Being on the other side of the table has given Adam a new level of empathy when working with buyers as he too has been in their shoes.
