After attending Pepperdine University and Queens College, he went straight into the field at a major commercial/retail real estate brokerage firm. Dan was ultimately named Managing Director at that firm where he represented some of the largest and most successful retailers and shopping center developers in the world, including Sears Roebuck & Co at the height of its success. He not only successfully designed and incorporated penetration strategies for his clients, he got the most complex deals finished, cementing his reputation as a relentless competitor and even more relentless negotiator.
