Originally from Brooklyn, Jon is a true New York native raised by parents from Argentina. He speaks fluent English and Spanish, and holds a BA, Sc. from Hunter College with double majors in Psychology (with a concentration in Neuroscience) and Economics. Jon initially worked as a project manager in the retail industry with top names like Ralph Lauren and Joe Fresh, one of Canada's largest fashion retailers which he helped introduce to NY opening up the city?s first six stores.
Jon later started a bar consulting company, helping existing bars in Manhattan to improve their concepts, traffic and overall revenue. He has played a lucrative role in opening up some of NYC?s most popular bars from entry to those of well-known restaurateurs. Before transitioning to real estate, he launched a tech startup from Germany to NYC from scratch for a former Wall Street entrepreneur and established all of their U.S. partnerships, including an international deal with WeWork that became an established service in all their NYC locations, UK and Germany.
With his personal knowledge of NYC?s real estate landscape, and inspired by a family of developers in Boston, Jon decided to venture into this exciting field full-time. Besides being tremendously astute in business, he knows every nook and cranny of New York, and uses an unorthodox approach to marketing that ultimately drives results.

Jon is a martial arts enthusiast having trained in MMA for over 10 years with well-known fighters in the UFC in various arts including Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Boxing. He has a passion for cooking, learning that art from his mother who could make exquisite meals out of a few ingredients.
