Born and raised in Manhattan, rental and sales agent Omari Toomer grew up witnessing the expansive transformation of the city?s real estate landscape. He developed a deep love of New York?s architecture, which led to his eventual immersion in the real estate business. Omari has delved into many areas of the industry, from speculation to property management.

Prior to becoming an agent, Omari had a successful career as a performing violinist, and his artistic background cultivated an admiration for traditional artists? spaces. He tends to focus more on ?funky? or classic lofts and townhouses (particularly in the Bed Stuy, Williamsburg, Bushwick, TriBeCa, SoHo, and West Village neighborhoods), and his vast knowledge of these properties ensures his clients see apartments within those markets before anyone else.

Omari is extremely laid back, yet knows how to negotiate aggressively on behalf of his customers. He always strives to interact with clients in the most efficient manner possible to ensure a comfortable and time-effective process. He understands that real estate is a service?intensive industry and consistently provides his customers with all the resources they need to secure the perfect home. Furthermore, Omari makes it his main priority to find clients apartments that meet all of their criteria at the lowest price point possible. He truly loves his profession, and it shows in his approach to service and in the customers and property he chooses to represent.

Omari studied engineering and economics at Brown University. After which, Omari?s violinist career afforded him the opportunity to perform music with the likes of Wyclef Jean and Itzhak Perlman and play the part of a violin student in a major motion picture staring Meryl Streep, Aidan Quinn and Angela Basset.
