As Director of Operations, Stephan keeps the Leifer Team running on high octane. Originally from Germany, Stephan came to New York City with a B.A. in Applied Media Science and degrees in Hotel Management and Hospitality. Stephan?s hands on experience in a managerial role includes ownership of The Dreamcatcher, an award winning Boutique Hotel in Puerto Rico which he also conceptualized and designed. Skilled in communications of all kinds, Stephan understands the different needs and nuances that distinguish buyers, sellers, landlords, agents, renters and vendors. He is an expert at responding quickly and effectively. With a hand in almost every aspect of our team operations, Stephan oversees, coaches and trains team members in transaction-listing management, and marketing. When a problem arises, Stephan faces it head on with a calm, positive attitude and an innovative take on the matter. Stephan is a wizard at improving and implementing new systems to maximize efficiency and productivity.
