My name is Eric. I was born and raised in southern California but always had a love for New York City. While I was living in California I had a portfolio in Beverly Hills Los Angeles but I always wanted to leave California to move to New York and start my dream. When I came to New York I came here for a 1 week trip with only two luggage cases of clothes. When I was here I decided I wanted to live here and leave California behind. I was always fascinated with the architecture and the history the city has gone through. I started doing real estate in New York when I first moved here. To this day the city is truly the greatest place to live. A lot of things change out here but the one thing that doesn't change for me is my California mentality. I notice a lot of New Yorkers are serious and pushy at times. But for me I have always have that laid back attitude where if you ever deal with me to find you your future home I can promise you I wont be pushy and make you take something you don't love.
