Joyce Liendo is an accomplished, conscientious and creative broker who exudes commitment and determination. Having been with Oxford Property Group for nearly 10 years, her clients would say Joyce’s passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and warm approach. 

Joyce feels that she was pushed into real estate by fate. She started working in NYC Real Estate at the age of 19 - after the 2008 recession had completely derailed her plans of becoming an attorney. Her mother wanted her to move back to Laredo, TX- but she loved NYC too much to give up on it. She rented an apartment in Sunnyside Queens the same week she started in real estate. She went on to become the exclusive broker for her building, became an expert at luxury rentals and earned six figures as a rental agent her first year. 

Since then, Joyce has dedicated nearly a decade to helping clients buy and sell NYC Condos and Co-Operatives and has rented out more than 800 apartments. She has extensive knowledge of the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens having closed more than $15M in sales and currently represents over 20 residential rental buildings throughout Manhattan and Queens.  In addition, she strives to serve her industry through The Liendo Team at Oxford Property Group, helping new agents jump start their careers and learn to navigate the crazy world of NYC real estate.

Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, she continuously strives to provide quality service to build relationships with clients, and more importantly, maintain those relationships through her honesty and follow through. When she isn’t helping clients find their dream home, Joyce spends her time working and designing for her fine jewelry line (Joyce NYC), volunteering to rescue dogs and cats, or salsa dancing around New York City.
