As a kid growing up in NYC, Jacob worked as in the offices of some of New York’s largest real estate developers, with his first job at TF Cornerstone, NYC’s 7th largest real estate company, Jacob immediately felt a passion for the industry. Following earning a degree in economics and finance from Coastal Carolina University, he went on to a career in the financial services industry, working on the NYSE trading floor, before returning to his true passion, real estate sales and development. Jacob’s track record in the financial services and real estate industries has helped him create a network catered to serving his clients. 

Jacob began his career in real estate at Douglas Elliman with The Maroni Team, Brooklyn’s preeminent real estate team, focusing on condo conversions and townhouse sales. Following breakout success at The Maroni Team, Jacob has focused in on new development, working on some of Manhattan and Brooklyn’s most successful ground-up new development projects, setting sales records along the way.
