After graduating from NYU Stern, he built his early career at Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Banking team, supporting a portfolio of over 60 multinational corporations and refining his analytical and advisory expertise.

Pivoting from corporate positions to the real estate field, Winston began at Serhant, supporting an annual deal flow of $15M+ in luxury condo deals, and recently joined R New York to broaden his perspective and better serve his clients.
