My name is Anastasiia Nidziy, a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. Prior to my current role, I worked for 5 years in a mortgage bank, and assisted people to choose different mortgage programs, did document preparation for underwriting, ordered an appraisal for objects, assisted people to find the best insurance company for title insurance. I love to work with each client and see their happy eyes after signing the documents and getting the keys of a new apartment or house. It has always been a passion of mine to help people.When I relocated to New York, while looking for an apartment for lease and after talking with real estate agents, I decided that I want to become a Real Estate Salesperson. In general, leasing, buying, and selling real estate is a very exciting process, and the most important thing is to show confidence and awareness of the subject to the client. I'd like to explain to clients in simple language what the process of renting, selling and buying a real estate. Since often due to intricate terms, clients are afraid to cooperate.
