Andres Soto’s skill and passion for marketing properties, combined with his strong dedication to the clients he serves, has enabled him to excel in the industry. With over 19 years of real estate experience, his deep industry knowledge and long-term relationships give him the edge in today’s complex market. He launched his career as an office manager for one of New York’s most historic brokers, Alice F. Mason, eventually becoming the team manager for Patrick V. Lilly, another top NYC broker. Before taking on the role of Senior Managing Director/Associate Broker with Modern Spaces, Andres honed his skills at multiple top brokerages across New York City, including Corcoran, CORE and Keller Williams, where he solidified his niche as a Queens real estate guru, selling over $75M.
Highly focused, yet calm and collected, Andres strives to make the process efficient and enjoyable for every client he represents — from start to finish. Andres routinely places his clients’ interests first, which could be renting instead of buying or simply waiting a bit longer to list a home to maximize results.
As the Senior Managing Director of the Vernon office Andres is responsible in supporting Modern Spaces top agents and recruiting new talent to the office. On top of this he was also assigned as the Leasing Director for a new 76-unit luxury rental development in Long Island City, Townhouse on the Park and most recently, RISE LIC a new luxury rental development in the Dutch Kills neighborhood of Long Island City
As a lifelong resident of Queens, Andres is thrilled to be in a leadership position at Modern Spaces, a brokerage with deep ties in Queens. He loves the diversity of his borough. “Only in Queens will you have a 10-block stretch that will take you to 20 different countries,” according to Andres. A consummate professional who is fully equipped to deliver on many intricate elements that go into a successful deal, he is also a licensed REALTOR®, SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and CBR (Certified Buyers Representative).
When he manages to find some downtime, Andres enjoys learning about new cultures by exploring the world — with Queens as his starting point — and especially delights in spending time with his rescued border collie, Ayana. He’s an ardent sports fan and athlete, fond of many sports, but soccer above all else. Andres is an avid supporter of both New York City FC (MLS) and the recently established local soccer club, Queensboro FC (USL), of which Modern Spaces is its official real estate broker.
