Before joining Modern Spaces in 2021, Berry spent a decade in the corporate world, working in advertising and then management consulting. As a former McKinsey consultant, she is professionally trained to deliver excellent client service with outstanding business impact, at its highest standard. She is often praised by her clients for her disciplined fact-based analysis, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving, along with open and transparent communication skills.

She is excited to bring what she has mastered in her past careers to real estate and become the trusted partner to her clients in every step of their real estate journey, either to buy, sell, rent, or invest in properties. Berry has lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, since moving to the city in 2011, and she cannot wait to share her knowledge with her clients and guide them through the city’s complex housing market.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and eating exotic cuisines, playing volleyball, and photography. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her partner and their dog. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is in the process of learning Spanish. Berry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from New York University (NYU).
