Jen comes to Modern Spaces with a wide range of experience in residential real estate.  She began in real estate as an independent broker succeeding with gross sales of more than 100 million dollars. She has spent over a decade as a brokerage executive in both Director of Sales and Business Development roles both mentoring and managing agents, as well as securing new business, and consulting with developers on new residential development from site acquisition through sell out. She is an expert on the New York city market; especially in the boroughs, to date she has worked on well over 300 new development projects in all capacities.
