Born and raised in Queens, John Constantinides has made many strong ties throughout New York City, Long Island, Westchester and the surrounding areas.  John brings with him nearly 14 years of experience in real estate.  First with a decade on the mortgage side of the business funding over $300 million in loans, and now as a sales agent, both of which making him well versed professional in the real estate industry. 
John holds an accounting degree from Queens College, C.U.N.Y. giving him a strong grasp on the financial process which is absolutely critical to any real estate investor.  
His love and enthusiasm for the business is reflected in the rapport he enjoys with his clients.  John consistently provides them in depth knowledge, prioritizes finding the right space for the right price.  Whether a $2500 apartment for rent, or a $25,000,000 development site for sale.  John manages all aspects of the process in a quick and efficient manner from the very first appointment to the closing table.
