I???ve been able to show first time home buyers how the purchase of a home can affect their next year???s tax return, and in many cases I???ve prepared that tax return for them (At no additional cost). Sellers have benefited from my knowledge of 1031 exchanges, saving them a considerable amount on their tax liability.
