I've been in Real Estate and Construction for the past 40 Years. I am in my 10th yr w/Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and am also a member of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.For the previous seven years I was with CENTURY 21. Prior to that I worked for Jonelle Real estate for 4 years. While attending a ten-week program given by the FLOYD WICKMAN GROUP, I was the only agent out of 70 agents competing who achieved the goal of at least one listing a week during the ten week period. For that I received the ON TRACK AWARD, I also received TOP PRODUCER, TOP LISTER and TOP OVERALL PRODUCER AWARDS for the FLOYD WICKMAN COURSE.I've been married to my wife, Theresa, for 41 years. Theresa works at Amscan Inc. located in Elmsford for the past 21 years as a Party Sales Administrator. We have three daughters. Sabrina graduated from Fordham University and works locally, Sarina graduated from The University of Tampa with a degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry. She now works for the Westchester County Board of Health. My youngest, Salina graduated from St Rose University and made the Dean’s List every year with a 3.9+GPA. She also has been inducted into the HONOR SOCIETY for PSYCHOLOGY.
