"Having spent my entire career in the rural real estate industry, Ive developed a broad skillset that has enabled me to provide a higher level of service to clients, co-workers, and other real estate agents. I began my career in real estate by studying real estate marketing and providing assistance to agents by creating marketing/branding strategies to help them grow their businesses and generate sales. This was paired with statewide and national level strategies in order to accomplish overall growth of the companys brand and sales numbers. With a great understanding of how to market and a solid foundation of experience, I made a move into real estate sales where I ultimately would go on to create a successful real estate business from scratch in three different states, and acquire my Accredited Land Consultant designation. This designation is the highest honor one can receive in the land business, and it is something that I plan to continue to use to affect positive change and growth in the land industry.

This foundation of real estate sales and marketing led to a management opportunity, where I was blessed to be able to coach, teach, and mentor other agents as a National Sales Manager. This position enabled me to work with agents across the country in numerous different markets, as well as a variety of office personnel, at all different levels of their careers. It was this position that enhanced a relationship with my friend, associate, mentor, and now business partner, Will Bellis. The desire to team up with Will ultimately pulled me out of management and back into the field where we found immediate success in working together, growing together, pushing one another, and nearly surpassing his prior years sales in the first two quarters of doing business together. When the brokerage we were working for decided to move in a different direction, it provided us with an opportunity to launch Arrowhead Land Company, where Will and I have combined our experience in order to provide a premium experience for folks who are interested in buying or selling rural real estate."
