Helping Others Achieve Their Alaska Real Estate Dreams

Alaska is more than just a place—it’s a way of life. For those who crave adventure, self-sufficiency, and the unmatched beauty of the Last Frontier, owning land here is the ultimate dream. My goal is to help clients find properties that align with their vision—whether it’s a remote hunting cabin, a riverside homestead, or a recreational retreat where they can fish, hunt, and explore till their heart’s content.

Having grown up in rural Oklahoma, I understand the value of land—not just as an investment, but as a place where memories are made and traditions are passed down. My background in buying, selling, and managing hunting properties in Oklahoma has given me firsthand insight into what outdoor enthusiasts look for in land. Now, in Alaska, I’m committed to using that experience to help others find their perfect piece of wilderness.

From the Oilfield to the Great Outdoors

I was born and raised in rural Oklahoma, where I attended Konawa High School before continuing my education at the University of Oklahoma, earning a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering. While I enjoyed the challenges of working in the oilfield, I felt a deeper calling—a desire to pursue a career that would allow me to spend more time outdoors, interacting with people who share my passion for hunting, fishing, and land stewardship.

That passion was ignited early. My father introduced me to the outdoors at a young age, taking me along on deer hunts and teaching me the value of hard work—whether it was harvesting my first whitetail buck at age 10 or chopping wood for our family’s fireplace. The outdoors wasn’t just a hobby; it was a way of life.

In 2021, everything came full circle. While on a deer hunt, my brother harvested a mature whitetail buck that crossed onto a neighboring property where Will Bellis, co-owner of Arrowhead Land Company, was hunting. After retrieving the buck and talking with Will, I couldn’t stop thinking about how perfect a career in land sales would be for me. Six months later, I received an offer to join Arrowhead Land Company as an agent, specializing in farms, ranches, and hunting properties in South Central Oklahoma.

It was the opportunity of a lifetime—a chance to turn my passion into a profession. For three years, I helped clients find their ideal properties, learning the intricacies of rural and recreational real estate. Now, I’ve been given another incredible opportunity: expanding Arrowhead Land Company’s presence in Alaska. Without hesitation, I moved my family to Willow, Alaska, eager to embrace the Alaskan way of life while helping others do the same.

Embracing the Alaskan Way of Life

Alaska’s rugged landscapes and outdoor opportunities were a major draw for my family and me. From hunting and fishing to foraging and homesteading, we plan to immerse ourselves in everything this incredible state has to offer. I don’t just sell land—I live the lifestyle my clients are seeking. Whether you’re looking for a secluded hunting property, a riverfront parcel for fishing, or a remote homestead, I understand what makes land truly valuable because I’ve spent a lifetime enjoying it.
