Olivia Sanders joined the National Land Realty family in January 2022 as an Executive Assistant. Before coming to National Land Realty, Olivia attended Winthrop University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management, with a minor in Marketing. Over the last year she has worked closely with Agents, CPAs, Attorneys and landowners to facilitate 1031 exchanges and defer capital gains taxes. Shes a wealth of knowledge to our team! In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, or lending a helping hand to local farmers. She and her son are based out of South Carolina.
