A native of Sioux Falls with deep roots in Eastern South Dakota, Tony Cady brings over two decades of financial and real estate experience to every transaction. A graduate of O’Gorman High School and Mount Marty College (Class of 1997), Tony holds a degree in Behavioral Science—a background that provides him with a unique, person-centered perspective during complex negotiations and client consultations.

Tony’s professional foundation was built in the mortgage industry, where he served as a loan officer for Primary Residential Mortgage from 2003 to 2007. By financing residential properties of all sizes and complexities, he gained a "behind-the-curtain" understanding of the lending process that few agents possess. He further sharpened his financial acumen between 2007 and 2010 as a short-term lender, helping clients navigate strategic financial goals.

In 2010, Tony transitioned into real estate, seamlessly merging his financial background with an unmatched knowledge of the regional landscape.
