Ashlyn Crandall brings background in residential and commercial real estate, marketing, property management, and home improvement to Dakota View Realty. She started her real estate career in 2020 by moving to the Twin Cities, obtaining her real estate license, and gaining valuable hands-on industry experience. In 2022, she returned home to serve the communities she knows and loves.

Born and raised in Beardsley, Minnesota, and growing up in the Browns Valley and Sisseton area, Ashlyn has deep roots in both Minnesota and South Dakota. Her passion lies in helping strengthen rural communities through real estate, investment, and local business growth.

Outside of real estate, Ashlyn enjoys raising her daughter with her husband and helping operate her husband’s painting and renovating business, Crandall Paints LLC. Friendly, driven, and people-focused, she is committed to making every client feel supported throughout the real estate process.
