As a Managing Broker with 16+ years experience, Jamie is recognized and respected as a real estate professional in the Middle Tennessee area. In mid 2015, Jamie purchased a corporate franchise in Donelson. In March of 2020, Jamie made the decision to branch out of the corporate world and become an independent brokerage now known as House Realty. In addition to her real estate office, Jamie also owns The Real Estate Academy, House Properties and Encore Title and Escrow. In addition to her Brokers designation, she has obtained the MCNE and CMRS. Jamie is a past member of National Association of Professional Women and the Womens Council of REALTOR® as the 2018 President Elect. Jamie graduated from Cheatham County Central High School, and earned her Associates of Applied Science degree in Accounting. She pursued a career in accounting that dealt with contractors and their clients. Jamie obtained valuable skills that she applies on a daily basis as a Professional Real Estate Consultant "Most importantly, I learned to listen," she says. "Working with people understanding their needs and motivations, then determining the best solution for everyone involved." Growing-up in the Greater Nashville area and developing an intense respect for the beauty, culture and people, Jamie knew she wanted to help others experience the privilege of home ownership. While superlative communication and negotiation abilities contribute to her success, Jamie credits her knowledge of the Middle Tennessee area and teamwork with House Realty as a prime factor in achieving her position at the top of her profession. Jamie works closely with military clients and first time home buyers. She continues maintaining her rank in the top 10% of closed ends and listings in her office. Married and having two adult sons, she considers her family to be her first priority and enjoys her passion of travel and assisting those in need. Continuously engaged in giving back, Jamie is actively involved with community and youth organizations.
