During my teens I developed a passion for real estate and real estate investing. When I found out about the mobile home industry I was very interested because it was a way that I could get into real estate investing with limited capital and also help provide people with affordable housing. I quickly became a liscensed manufactured housing retailer and broker shortly after graduating high school. I certainly plan to continue buying, selling and brokering mobile homes but I have goals of eventually investing in mobile homes on land and mobile home parks.
