He joined America’s Land Partners - Texas in 2025, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience across a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, firearms manufacturing, heavy equipment, and agricultural sales. Nates global career has taken him from the U.S. to the Middle East, giving him a unique perspective on land value and investment opportunities.

A 2006 graduate of Texas A&M–Commerce with a B.S. degree, Nate’s blend of business acumen and agricultural knowledge allows him to see the vast potential in undeveloped land. Whether clients are looking for recreational space, investment opportunities, or a place to build their dream home, Nate is committed to helping them explore all possibilities. When hes not working, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, camping, hunting, fishing, and raising cattle. He and his wife, Kara, along with their three kids, Kade, Kohen, and Kolbie, and their two dogs, Busch and Bandit, call Emory home.
