Doug Williams joined National Land Realty in November 2024, with 35+ years of land surveying experience! After 9 years as a Partner at The Land Group and 10 years as a Partner at G W Stephens & Associates, Doug has built a stellar reputation as a trusted real estate agent and Land Professional. Holding real estate licenses in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, as well as land surveyor licenses in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia, Doug offers unparalleled expertise in identifying property boundaries and understanding land value.

Doug specializes in recreational, hunting, development, and agricultural properties. His deep appreciation for the outdoors stems from a lifetime spent farming, surveying, and engaging in land sales around the East Coast. He brings over 35 years of experience in surveying with expertise in boundary surveys, topographic/hydrographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, construction surveys, plan and profile surveys, subdivision development, commercial development, utilities for public agencies and private industry, right-of-way and easement acquisition, geodetic control surveys, and legal descriptions. Doug has over 25 years of experience with GPS/GIS surveying, including static GPS, real-time kinematic GPS, and mapping-grade/GIS GPS.  Additionally, he has a broad knowledge in utilizing the GPS data in standard CAD systems, as well as ArcView and ArcMap. This hands-on experience gives Doug a unique ability to connect clients with properties that match their needs, whether it’s for recreation, investment, or any other purpose.

A lifelong resident of the Delmarva Peninsula, Doug has lived in the area for 45 years and resides just outside Hebron, MD, with his wife, Sue Hudson. Outside of his work as a land agent, Doug is deeply involved in his community as Treasurer, Board of Trustees member, and Fire Line Officer for the Hebron Volunteer Fire Department. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, boating, traveling, and serving in the fire service.
