Nate Thomas joined National Land Realty in April 2025, bringing with him a strong background in timber procurement, forestry, and land management. Nate has spent the past several years working in the timber and forest products industry, holding positions such as Procurement Forester at Potomac Supply, LLC, and WestRock Company, Commodity Manager at Enviva, and Timber Procurement Manager at Timbco, LLC.

His extensive hands-on experience managing and evaluating land across Virginia and North Carolina gives his clients a competitive edge when it comes to identifying the true value and potential of rural properties.

A North Carolina Registered Forester and proud Eagle Scout, Nate combines technical knowledge with integrity, making him a trusted partner for landowners, investors, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Nate serves as a Deacon with the Living Church of God in Richmond, VA, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, their two daughters, Abigail and Emma, and their chocolate lab, Buck. He lives in Chester, Virginia, and spends his free time hunting whitetail and waterfowl, playing disc golf, and serving his community through his church.
